Jitters

anxiety sucks the big one. i had briefly forgotten how this figgety, shaky, sickening feeling makes you feel like you are not yourself but a much more ramped up, less calm monster version of yourself. i want a magic button to take it away but alas that seems unlikely and there is NO way i'm taking meds. so here i sit strategizing a way out of this sneaky predicament. i think the main plan is regular sleep, good food, regular exercise and acknowledging the monster and maybe then it will stay at bay so i can get back enjoying this rosy time with the fam.
