A Coward's Prescription

Dance everyday (which you won't do but you should).

Look up and wonder at the beauty of the endless sky.

Cry and scream and throw something.

Create something that wasn't there before.

Try to see other for who they are and not what you want them to be or worse, who you are.

Look into the eyes of your children.

Remember to forget what you've been told about yourself.

Get in some water.  Showers count.

Always coffee.

Don't lie to yourself.

Every feeling is allowed.

Angry is ok.

So is joy.

Hug a little longer than is required.

Remember November doesn't last forever.

Draw a circle around yourself, everything in the circle is sacred and you control everything that goes in or out.

Say no.

Say yes.

Keep moving forward even if that means going back a bit sometimes.

Eat some cake.

Countdown to something you love happening in the future.

Light up when you see people you care about, they deserve it and so do you.

Be grateful.

Hate everything.

Sleep in/get up early/exercise/sit still - whatever feels right in the moment.

Listen to some powerful music by women, sing it at the top of your lungs.

Slap on your eyebrows and lips and pull up your big girl panties and get to it, the rest of your life is waiting.
