that's what i said to the hotel booking lady on the phone. after having a cappucino with dinner (ps. i never have caffeine anymore) and then not being able to sleep until 3am and then up twice with the kiddies i have basically one brain cell left that combined "lovely" with "thank you" in the most awkward way at the end of a very not loving phone call regarding early check in. blerg. how embarassing!
